How Our MLS Flat Rate Service works...
You pay only one fee to get Internet exposure and get your home listed in the Illinois MLS. Our flat fee MLS service is different than others in that we give you more exposure and ability to post up to 16 photos of your home for sale for one fixed fee.
We understand that you, as the owner, know your home better than anyone else and with today's technologies, it's easier than ever to sell a home on your own. Don't let the traditional real estate agents tell you that it takes some “magic marketing” to sell a home, this is simply not true! It's the only way they can protect their livelihood and at your expense.
With our flat rate MLS listing program and our professional guidance, you can save thousands in real estate commissions by doing most of the work performed by a traditional listing real estate agent yourself.
Your primary responsibilities will include determining your home’s selling price, taking calls, and showing your home to prospective buyers. If a real estate agent brings you a qualified buyer, all you pay is the buyer's agent portion of the real estate commission at closing.
This amount is determined by you upon activation of your home’s listing in our MLS only service and is typically between 2% - 2.5% if you want to be competitive with other listings in the MLS. If you sell the property yourself without the assistance of a buyer's agent, you will pay NO commission.
To get started in our MLS flat fee listing program simply complete the property data form and sign the home listing agreement we send you. Your real estate can be listed on the Illinois MLS the same business day we receive your request.
Once your property is listed in the Illinois MLS, we send you a copy of the listing to review. Please allow 2-3 days for the information from the MLS to be picked up by the other websites in our program. To get started, simply call us at 708-417-4777.
